Q.  If I live in the United States, why will it take two weeks to receive my LOVE package?

We do our best to get your handmade orders out as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on the motto of under promising and over delivering. When you purchase A Sacred Journey, we want to offer you the level of time and attention necessary to create your sacred piece, which includes receiving your completed questionnaire, research based on your unique answers, the creation of your sacred piece, and then packaging for shipment.

Q.  If I live out of the United States, why will it take four weeks to receive my LOVE package?

See the answer above. AND, we cannot control the customs portion of the delivery process outside of the United States. Even if we ship priority mail, we cannot guarantee the time, because each countries customs process is different. Additionally, you will be responsible for any customs or import tax your country might charge. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Q.  Is the United States Postal Service (USPS) used for all deliveries?

Yes. Free shipping is the standard first-class shipping offered through the USPS. You are able to upgrade to Priority Shipping for an additional fee.

Q.  What is the return policy for standard purchases?

Our desire is to have 100% customer satisfaction at all times. When you make a standard purchase, you will have 30 days to return your items for a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your returned item has been received, your full refund will be issued.

Q.  What is the return policy for A Sacred Journey?

When you purchase A Sacred Journey, we appreciate and respect the trust you are placing into us to create you a beautiful, sacred, healing piece of jewelry. Because we are tailoring this piece specific to your body and souls needs, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot accept a return. We do want you to be 100% satisfied so please communicate with us and we will work with you to create a win-win.

Q.  What are my options if my jewelry breaks?

Our products are made with all natural stones, strong bead cord, and stretchy cord for bracelets. They are durable and they are sacred, raw materials. It is possible for the bead cord and stretchy cord to break. It is possible for bead cord and stretchy cord to get caught on a sharp object and break. These are sacred pieces. If your Mala or Bracelet breaks within the first 30 days of wear, I will happily repair it for you at no cost. If your Mala or Bracelet breaks after the first 30 days, please contact me and we will work out a repair option that is a win-win! And remember, sacred pieces deserve sacred care.
